Additional Rentable Space at CountertopArt

Perfect space for a gallery showing or an autonomous store (within a store). Rentable by the month, this space is on the second floor of CountertopArt and is separate with locking doors and can have separate hours from the rest of the store. The gallery is available for one month or month by month rent. 

The gallery space is 18'3" x11'2" = 203 sq ft

 

Option 1 (Gallery or Pop-up Space)

$250 monthly fee plus tax plus 30% commission on sold items. Rent for as little as just one month.

  • *Gallery openings, after hours viewing parties, Sip’n’Shops are available for an additional cost depending on number of people expected.
  • Up to 3 easels included with the space rental. More available on request for a fee of $10 per month
  • Option to be onsite or not – CountertopArt staff will process any sales that occur
    • Monthly payouts for sales less commissions

 

 Option 2 (Autonomous Store)

$875 monthly fee plus tax - no commission

  • Perfect for a small business that needs more than just shelf space, but still growing into a full commercial lease space.
  • Sell your own products, in your own space, with your own POS machine.
  • Lockable space with your own key and access.
  • Includes Wifi, Alarm, Power, Water and access to the kitchenette and bathroom on the second floor
  • Autonomous stores are responsible for their own staff, floats, POS machines, websites, etc.

Beyond the easels, the vendor will responsible for providing shelving, racks, tables, and anything else required for the display of the products.

 

Alternative Option (Main Floor Weekend Pop-up)

$100 daily rate for non-vendors *(free for CountertopArt vendors)

  • Showcase your latest product or items for a limited time
  • Direct sell from your ‘booth’ no commission applied
  • Option to be outside of the store on the street or inside on the main floor (where space permits)
    • Rentable 10x10 tent and or 6ft folding table
  • *Direct selling for vendors of CountertopArt cannot include regular products already on the shelves – free pop-up opportunity intended for product launches or similar specialty selling

Workshop Space

Present your own class, tutorial or demonstration.

Space includes 2 - 6ft tables, store access, up to 8 padded chairs and disposable table cloths. Space rental is $100 daily rate for non-vendors (fee waived for vendors) and $12 per participant for online registration, mimosas, glasses, and liquor license. All other items needed for the class must be provided by the instructor.

**$100 daily rate will be waived on classes with 10 or more participants

Workshop space is on the second floor of CountertopArt and is accessible only by stairs. Not wheelchair or low mobility accessible. No elevator access.
